Wanted: Terri’s business was growing fast. She was getting more and more calls about scheduling dog boarding and grooming service. Terri loves her customers but she loves their dogs more(!) and prefers to put all her love and effort into the dogs, and that’s impossible if you’re always on the phone and running a calendar. She needed her website to do more of the work.
Provided: Monster Tamer got Terri’s website up to snuff in a hurry, adding secure form submissions and better user experience with email correspondence being a tool- a tool used less now for scheduling purposes. Oh, and no double-booking – she’s always booking in large running packs.
